CONSISTING OF THE SNATCH AND CLEAN & JERK, IT REQUIRES STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVE POWER, TECHNIQUE, COORDINATION, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, AND ABOVE ALL, MENTAL FOCUS AND DISCIPLINE. IN THE SNATCH, THE WEIGHTLIFTER LIFTS THE BARBELL FROM THE FLOOR TO OVERHEAD IN A SINGLE MOVEMENT.
